Very helpful, came within 45 mins. Explained exactly what the problem was and came back a second time to finish the job. Fixed the problem and was very polite and looked after us. Would definitely recommend as was very honest as well.

Naeem was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He responded promptly to our boiler issue, coming out in the evening to assess the problem and then was able to fix the following day.

Naeem was very professional. Replaced the boiler next day in a quick and efficient manner. HOWEVER, I found out later he did not flush the system or refill with the inhibitors like he said he would. I also asked him to install a magnetic filter which needs to be installed as part of the warranty with the boiler and over 6 weeks on I am still waiting for my warranty that he said he'll get done. I have tried calling him and he just ignores all calls and has not returned on the day he was supposed.
